Now Offering On-Demand Security Guard Dispatch in Toronto & the GTA

TORONTO – From the very beginning, we have wanted to provide security guard services to complement our alarm monitoring solutions. However, the options previously available to us were either too costly or simply not practical for our customer base.

That has recently changed.

We are proud to announce a new partnership with a professional security guard company that allows us to offer a service our customers truly value — one that is affordable, flexible, and dependable.

On-Demand Guard Dispatch – Pay Only When You Use It

Our Security Guard option is fully on-demand and pay-per-use. Instead of automatically dispatching police in the event of an alarm, we can dispatch a licensed security guard to your property with a guaranteed on-site arrival time of 30 minutes.

If the guard arrives later than 30 minutes, the dispatch fee is waived.

Very few companies offer this type of service — especially with a time guarantee.

Please note: For customers located within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area), certain restrictions may apply. During peak traffic periods (rush hour), the 30-minute guarantee may not be applicable due to traffic conditions.

How the Service Works

In the event of an alarm:

1. The Monitoring Station will first attempt to contact the client using the contact list on file.

2. If no response is received, a security guard will be dispatched.

3. Upon arrival, the guard will:

   • Inspect doors and windows

   • Check for signs of forced entry or tampering

   • Report findings directly to the Monitoring Station

The guard may remain on site for up to ten (10) minutes as part of the standard dispatch.

Extended On-Site Guard Option

If you would like the guard to remain on-site longer, extended service is available for an additional fee. This option provides added peace of mind, ensuring that your home or storefront is not left unattended.

No Extra Cost — Unless You Use It

Thanks to this new partnership, we can now offer this service to our customers at no additional monthly cost. You only pay if a guard is dispatched — or if no one answers the calls on your emergency contact list.
